Tim McCollow – HOME GR/OWN Milwaukee
Tim is the Program Manager for HOME GR/OWN Milwaukee, an initiative of Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, led by the City’s eco (formerly the Office of Environmental Sustainability.) Tim helps neighborhoods develop greenspace and repurpose city-owned vacant lots into beautiful sustainable spaces. HOME GR/OWN’s Partners for Places project was recently named the Winner of the SXSW Eco international Places by Design contest in the Urban Strategies category.

 
Chris Socha – TKWA URBANLAB Architects
Chris is the Lead for URBANLAB, a division of the Kubala Washatko Architects created to lead ongoing community efforts in making downtown Milwaukee a vibrant urban center. A generalist in practice, Chris works to ensure that the built environment contributes to an active and livable public realm.

 
Jesse Blom – BAFAE
Jesse has been working in the fields of experiential and outdoor education for over ten years. He has worked for organizations such as Camp Manito-wish YMCA, Global Youth Leadership Institute, Victory Garden Initiative, and Sweet Water Foundation. Jesse is currently a contractor with Milwaukee Public Schools, and is helping BAFAE, (Brady Area Foundation for Arts & Education,) and Cass Street School develop the “Lift Station” at the corner of N. Water St. and E. Pearson St., into an outdoor classroom space.
