2018 BSAA Bloom & Groom Plant Sale

 

Join us for a plant and flower sale on May 19 at the Brady Street Firehouse at the corner of Brady & Franklin to support the BSAA. 

Various sizes of discounted flats, perennials, annuals, grasses and hanging baskets will be available for less than retail prices! Buy tote bags and garden kneelers, too! Great prices and limited supply, so come early for the best plants! Live performance by Zondo from the local band Scarlet, sponsored by Hosed On Brady and Malone’s on Brady.

2018 Spring Forum

Join us for the Brady Street Area Association’s 2018 Spring Forum! You’ll be able to hear about the current state of the community from your political representatives, ask questions and meet your neighbors.

We’ll begin with brief comments from our State Representative Jonathan Brostoff, Alderman Nik Kovac, and representatives from the Milwaukee Police and Fire Departments. Each official will then take questions from attendees.

There will be good food and good drinks available for purchase!

Sale starts at 10am and runs until we are sold out!

2017 Spring Forum

Please join the Brady Street Area Association for a dynamic discussion — learn something new and meet your neighbors! Free and open to the public.

Learn about the new plans for the Lift Station building near the Brady Street Community Garden on Pearson and adjacent from Swing Park.

Chris is the Lead for URBANLAB, a division of the Kubala Washatko Architects created to lead ongoing community efforts in making downtown Milwaukee a vibrant urban center.

Captain Diana Rowe & ADA Kelly Hedge
Our new district captain will introduce herself, talk about initiatives in the area as well as take questions. ADA Kelly Hedge will introduce herself and discuss the impact she’s had in the Brady Street area since she started here last August.

Alderman Nik Kovac
Will discuss general concerns on Brady Street.
