Milwaukee.Gov E-Notification for 3rd Aldermanic District

Subject: Important meeting information from Alderman Nik Kovac

Dear Neighbor:
A developer is proposing a new residential/commercial building for the northwest corner of Brady Street and Humboldt Avenue. The proposed density at the corner development – three stories and 23 units – requires a zoning change that will necessitate Common Council approval. In addition, because of its proposed location, the building design will require a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Historic Preservation Commission.

I invite you to attend a community meeting at St. Hedwig, 1702 N. Humboldt Ave., on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss this proposed development. The meeting will give neighbors the chance to view the development plans, ask questions, make suggestions and offer opinions.

Your input is important.

Please join me there,

Nik
